Dianne Reeves has enjoyed success in three distinct professions and has held leadership positions spanning more than 35 years in nursing, small business management and program development and higher education development. Her development work started in small non-profits and progressed to nearly 20 years at the higher education level, resulting in more than $50M in gifts benefiting various concerns. She has served on various professional and community boards, including the Association of Fundraising Professionals and the Planned Giving Council for Palm Beach County.

Reeves believes that each sector of her work experience has molded her approach to philanthropy and nonprofit governance by giving her a more complete understanding of psychology, business, and nonprofit priorities. She includes the following in her list of professional certifications:

• Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP)
• Certified Governance Trainer (CGT-BoardSource).

Reeves earned a master's of business administration from the University of Miami.
